Carmen Electra has been helping Pamela Anderson train for Dancing With the Stars. A source says, "Pam was in amazing shape even before she started work on the show. Apparently Carmen has been really putting her through her paces with a few of her old routines. They help fitness wise but when it comes to choreography, they are more strip club than ball room."
